SUMMARY:Yoga of Sound with Marla Pelletier
DESCRIPTION:Use your voice as a pathway to calm\, confidence\, and connection in our Yoga of Sound class. We will practice vocal toning\, breathwork\, Sanskrit mantra\, rāga-inspired kīrtan\, gentle movement\, and meditation\, to release tension\, quiet the mind\, and awaken deep presence. No singing experience is needed — if you have a voice\, this practice is for you. Welcoming to both beginners and seasoned practitioners interested in nāda yoga\, Sanskrit\, and the transformative power of sound. \nMarla Pelletier is a second-generation Indian-American who has been chanting mantras and teaching yoga practices since 2006.
