Colleen Irwin is a successful, goal-oriented adult educator and a world-class motivational and inspirational speaker who has presented at Spiritualist churches and camps across the United States. As a business consultant, she helps leaders gain perspective, strengthen teams, clarify vision, and lead with empathy.

An Ordained Spiritualist Minister and practicing Psychic Medium, Colleen is the published author of Discovering Your Stream and Guided by Spirit. Her work bridges practical strategy and spiritual insight, helping individuals deepen their intuition while navigating real-life responsibilities.

In 2019, she joined a long line of women as a Previvor, proactively managing her health after discovering she carries the BRCA2 gene mutation. Her journey through menopause and her role as caregiver to her mother-in-law during dementia have further shaped her voice, grounding her teaching in resilience, compassion, and strength.

Based in Rochester, New York, Colleen brings her work as a minister, medium, author, and speaker together with the hard-earned wisdom of marriage, motherhood, caregiving, and personal health advocacy, guiding others through life’s second season with clarity and resilience.
