You might be wondering about the name—ROC stands for Rochester, NY, the historic home of the Fox Sisters, pioneers of modern spiritualism. Many local businesses use “ROC” as a nod to our city, and it just felt right to include it in the name of a magazine that reflects both community and consciousness.

Why I Created ROC Metaphysical

That’s when I realized: Why not create a place where this information could reach a wider audience?
