ROC Metaphysical Book Review Part 2 – Joan & Roger Alive In The Afterlife By Jeremy Spillane

Editor’s Note: I first spoke with Jeremy back in May about his fascinating quest to determine whether his home is truly haunted—but not in the way you might expect. His experiences include unexplained electrical disturbances, televisions turning on as he enters a room, lights switching on and off, and meaningful signs such as butterflies appearing at significant moments. These extraordinary events inspired him to write a book exploring a profound question: Does consciousness continue after death?

Jeremy believes many of these experiences may be connected to his late in-laws, Roger and Joan, who are finding unique ways to let their family know they are still present. He finds it especially compelling that Roger, who did not believe in an afterlife during his lifetime, now seems to be one of the strongest communicators through these unusual phenomena.

Since our first interview, Jeremy has continued working with paranormal investigators and psychic mediums to document evidence that Roger and Joan are communicating through technology. During our original conversation, one key piece of investigative equipment failed to produce any results, so Jeremy invited me back for a second interview after months of additional research. This time, the results were remarkable—the equipment displayed what appeared to be Roger standing directly behind Jeremy throughout our conversation, and in the interview, Jeremy explains the technology and evidence in greater detail.

Jeremy’s book brings together years of documented experiences, investigative findings, and personal reflections to present a compelling case that consciousness may survive physical death. Drawing on his own research and references to the Society for Psychical Research, he invites readers to consider the possibility that our loved ones may continue to communicate with us long after they have crossed over.

About Pam Perkins: I've always had an interest in all things metaphysical, being a student at heart I have taken hundreds of classes and I lost count on how many books I have read. There's so much to learn about being a human on this plant.
