Maureen/Muktima is offering this class. I am a Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher and a retired LPN after over 45 years. I now am pursing my dreams and soul's purpose of bringing energy wellness to you with Reiki and meditation. I was first trained in Usui Reiki in 2014 and in 2017. I trained as a Holy Fire Reiki Master. In 2021 received training in the Usui/Holy Fire Reiki 1&2 and Holy Fire Master with William Rand. I recently upgraded with William Rand to the World Peace Energy with The Holy Fire.
I am a Swamini and live in an Ashram in Rochester, NY. My daily practice is a Kriya Yoga lifestyle and meditation.

8-Week Chakra Immersion Series
This is an 8 week experimental series designated to help you develop a personal connection with each of the 7 main chakras and how they function together as an integrated system of mind, body and spirit.
Each week we will focus on one energy center. You will receive clear teaching, guided meditation practices and Reiki-supported energy work to help you sense, understand and gently balance that chakra. You will also learn practical ways to support the chakra in daily life, including grounding practices, reflection exercises, supportive life style suggestions and more.
Participants will have time to explore, feel and cultivate awareness of each chakra rather than simply learning concept. By progressing one chakra at a time, you build familiarity and trust in your own inner guidance.
In the eighth week we will integrate all of the chakras together, helping you recognize how they communicate and function as a whole energetic system and how you can continue nurturing this relationship beyond the class. This series is appropriate for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen an existing spiritual or energy-healing practice.
Space for 10 participants, Begins Monday March 30 and ends on May 1, 2026 from 6-8pm
Cost of the class is $400/ $50 per class. $350 if paid in full with registration. If paying weekly payment is to be made for any missed classes as you will still be receiving the class materials.
Muktima is the class facilitator. My extensive training includes Usui Reiki since 2014, and advanced Usui/Holy Fire Reiki levels 1, 2, and Master level, under the esteemed guidance of William Rand in 2021. Additionally, I hold certifications in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and have received training in Pendulum Healing, Access Consciousness Bars, and Theta Healing.

An area devoted to fluorescent minerals under ultraviolet light and an exciting area for kids with some really cool activities. There will also be geode cracking and the ever popular straw draw.

About Julie:
While raising her three daughters, Julie stumbled on the book, “Ich bin eine Hexe”("I am a witch") by Gerlinde Schilcher. She traveled to mountains of upper Austria where Gerlinde introduced her to Goddess worship. She was hooked and read as many books about witch craft as she could find.
After living in Europe for 20 years, she wanted to come back home to the States. Julie moved home with two of her daughters and attended Syracuse University where she attained her masters in music education. She took a poetry class at SU and began writing again. Julie continues to hone her craft as an active member of local writing communities.
Her passion is writing fiction about strong women and continuing to practice her earth-based, reclaiming Goddess religion.
