First of all, Happy Imbolc. 

This marks the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. This is a perfect time to prepare for the spring and new beginnings. Start looking for the opportunities that lie ahead. There might be a trip coming up that connects you with ideas of what to “plant” this spring. Then when the time is right, be ready to reach for what you want.

Yes, reach. It isn’t going to fall in your lap. You will have to put energy into learning what you need to know to make it work. The Universe will meet you halfway if you do. Things will start lining up for you. Be open to it.
