Sitting quietly in total darkness, I focus my attention in the middle of my head…in my Third Eye. Going deeper, I pray for protection while my consciousness is out of my physical body and I ask Spirit for clearing of any negative energy or entities that might be attached to me. I also pray for anyone I know who is in need of healing.
For a few moments there is a sensation of falling into darkness, into meditation so deep that I think of it as being in a trance, a state of “no mind.” As an invisible force gently moves my head downward, exposing the back of my neck, a wave of heat and mild paralysis comes over me, and in a matter of seconds, my consciousness is somewhere else and I begin to have visions and receive written and verbal information from a fluid, moving phenomenon I call The Tickertape. It appears as a stream of words flowing quickly from right to left in a rectangular window in my clairvoyant vision.

Extraterrestrial contact occurs in different ways. We’ve all read in the media about physical contact, which is often depicted in a negative way. As far as I know, my experiences have been primarily astral…by which I mean my consciousness is moved out of my physical body during meditation. The process is positive and enriching. While in the out-of-the-body state, as described in detail by Robert A. Monroe, I have visions and receive physical, mental, and emotional healing.
In the beginning, it was quite confusing, but gradually I learned to trust and interact with the Extraterrestrial Beings I encountered. Later, a few years into the process, I learned about “screen memories,” which I like to call “cover stories.” These Beings operate beyond time, space, and dimension, and they are capable of creating false memories as a way to interact with humans without frightening us. In other words, they manipulate the way we see and experience them. The contact experience cannot be totally understood with the mind, although many try. But rather with the deepest part of who we
are…Spirit residing for awhile in a human body.
So are Extraterrestrials “real”? Aside from the media’s depiction of extraterrestrial contact, which is often quite negative, do some of the Alien Races want to help humanity? My experiences have been overwhelmingly positive and I believe they do. But I continue to wonder why they chose me. What do they have to teach me and how do they want me to help others?

As discussed in my recently published book, THE TICKERTAPE: Healing Encounters with Extraterrestrial and Spiritual Beings, the healing of my deteriorating vision has been incredible. It began with my first experience of Shi-Ji, an ET Being from the Pleiades. The manner in which Shi-Ji first presented herself is a good example of a screen memory, because it wasn’t until a few years later I saw her true form. Here is an excerpt describing our first meeting:
In February of 2019, while meditating and out-of-body, I received healing from a female “doctor.” She was tall and had long blond hair and bright blue eyes. A stethoscope hung around her neck and she was wearing a white coat. Her “outfit” looked like a costume and she seemed to find it amusing. I had the impression she had a great sense of humor and was laughing at her own joke. Holding something resembling a clipboard, my “astral doctor” began taking a lengthy history, much like a medical doctor on earth would do. Then she called another woman into the room, who began to massage my sore left shoulder and back. With this, I experienced a tremendous release of tension in my entire body.
“People who received immunizations in the 1950s always have a problem with the shoulder where they received the shots,” said my out-of-body massage therapist. This unusual statement was later verified by a medical professional as a definite possibility.
At the time, I had no knowledge of Shi-Ji’s existence. But later, while thinking about the “doctor’s” eyes and general demeanor, I believe this was an “advance visit” from Shi-Ji and one of her assistants.
My experiences with Extraterrestrial Beings began in earnest two months later when I started editing books about the author’s experiences with ETs. I had “picked up” a negative entity attachment while doing energy healing several years earlier. It was low frequency and, at worst, annoying and distracting, and I had been trying to get rid of it, with no success. When I began editing the first book Shi-Ji channeled through the author, while sitting at my computer in the middle of the day, I was suddenly overcome by an overpowering urge to lie down. Just getting to my bed was like wading through molasses. I didn’t know it at the time, but this was my first experience of Shi-Ji’s amazing energy, her irresistible call to surrender.
The moment I lay down, she swooped in and peeled the
offensive entity off my back, where it had been hiding.
Although I had never seen it, not even in my Mind’s Eye, I
sensed it and felt its negative impulses and influence.
With this, I went deep into meditation and awoke an hour later, refreshed and relieved the nasty creature was gone.
However, much to my dismay, ten days later it tried to reattach itself. In an instant, Shi-Ji was there blocking it, and I have not been bothered by this or any other energetic threat since. Thinking about it later, I realized it might have been one of the ETs known as “Reptilians.” These creatures feed on human negativity and operate in a way that causes us to be negative. For example, they prompt us to watch violent movies because they enjoy the violence and our reactions to it.
After editing Shi-Ji’s second book, the author told me, “Shi-Ji wants to channel another book.” At the time, I was in my early 70s and my eyesight was deteriorating, so I said, “If she wants me do more editing, she’ll have to improve my vision.” He promptly scheduled long-distance healing for my eyes.
This second healing session with Shi-Ji began with an intense need to lie down, as it had before, followed by pressure deep into the socket of my right eye, which had a large cataract. Next, the energy in both of my eyes was balanced and their connection to my brain was enhanced. During this process, I saw (with my Third Eye) my optic nerves light up and I experienced the rapid, intense breathing yogis call “Pranayama” or “Bellows Breath.”
The next thing Shi-Ji did is difficult to explain, but I’ll try. Using her own energy, she took control of my right hand and caused my hand to physically press on my right eyeball near the tear duct and forcefully move it towards my right ear. I actually felt my eyeball move in the socket! Afterwards, when I told Tom (the chiropractor I live with) that Spirit had given me an “eyeball adjustment,” he thought I was joking and roared with laughter! My healing with Shi-Ji must have worked, because a few weeks later I passed the vision test necessary to renew my driver’s license and was able to continue working as an editor. As of this writing, in early 2026, although I still need glasses, there has been no further deterioration in my vision.
After this experience, I started meditating every day at the same time, and to my great joy, Shi-Ji, and other Extraterrestrial and Spiritual Beings began to manifest.
HEALING ENCOUNTER WITH AN ALIEN/HUMAN HYBRID CHILD
Six years after my healing with Shi-Ji, I had a similar but remarkably different application of healing energy to one of my eyes. During meditation and out-of-body, I “found myself” wandering in an alien city of enormous buildings. They resembled medieval cathedrals and looked like they were made entirely of hand-chiseled stone. There were Beings that appeared to be humanoids walking around in a park-like center square.
A small child came towards me, pulling its (presumed) mother by the hand behind it. The child looked partly human but also something else, and my first impression was that it was handicapped in some way because its arms and legs seemed strangely twisted. However, assuming it was an ET child, it was probably normal for its species. The mother was trying to restrain the child as it struggled to get closer to me, but the child pointed in my direction and said with some urgency, “I HAVE to touch her eye,”
When the child finally succeeded in reaching me, it extended its arm and touched my right eye, the same eye Shi-Ji had worked on six years before. The adult ET kept trying to pull the child away, but the child succeeded in keeping its hand on my eye, saying again, “I HAVE to touch her eye.”
I wanted to know more about the child. How did it know I had difficulty with my eyes, and what world I had wandered into? But then my Third Eye closed and I awoke abruptly from meditation in my room in Oregon.
I must have needed an “eye tune-up” because later I noticed my left and right eyes were more balanced in relation to each other. The eye the child had touched felt lower in the socket (in its proper place) and there was a sense the optic nerve was more properly connected to my brain. As further confirmation, while sitting at my sewing machine the next day, I was able to thread the needle more easily. I also felt the presence of the child looking over my shoulder because she (or he) was curious about the sewing machine and what I was doing with it.
